广宁县拥有多年油茶种植历史，是中国三大红花油茶产区之一。
Atpresent,therearemorethan7,muofwildsafflowercamelliaforestsinGuangning.Theaveragetreeageismorethanyears,andtheoldesttreeisyears,whichcanstillblossomandbearfruitundernaturalconditions.
目前，广宁种植油茶有7千多亩野生的红花油茶森林，其平均树龄超过两百年，最高树龄为岁，在自然条件下仍能开花结果。
